An action-packed day saw mainly earnings updates from the likes of Industrials REIT, EOH, Astoria, MTN Nigeria, Ellies and others. Glencore and MC Mining gave important production updates too.

It was another huge day of news, ranging from Afrimat's capital raise to numerous financial and operational updates from ArcelorMittal, Anglo American, Pepkor, The Foschini Group, Karooooo, MiX Telematics and more.

Afrimat is raising money and Transnet is (astonishingly) making money. Earnings updates came in from AECI, Gemfields, AVI and British American Tobacco.

Tuesday was a frenzy of announcements, with major earnings updates from several retailers. We also saw trading updates from several mining houses. This was one of the busiest days I've seen on the JSE!

It was a busy day of financial and operational updates from the likes of Oceana, Vodacom Group and the Anglo companies (Anglo American / Amplats / Kumba). There were also some juicy investments by directors in certain companies.
