Ghost Bites (Assura – Primary Health Properties | South32)

Assura shareholders aren't exactly rushing to accept the Primary Health Properties offer, with Primary Health releasing a trading update to try and drive more acceptances. South32 is getting rid of the nickel mine in Colombia.

Ghost Bites (Hyprop | Primary Health Properties – Assura | Trellidor)

Hyprop has sold a 50% share in Hyde Park Corner for R805 million, but what will they do with the money? Trellidor has sold Taylor Blinds and NMC South Africa for a solid price. Primary Health Properties shareholders love the Assura deal.

Ghost Bites (AH-Vest | Assura – Primary Health | Goldrush | Harmony | Naspers – Prosus)

The excellent momentum at Naspers - Prosus continues. Assura is now backing the Primary Health deal in yet another example of corporate whiplash. Harmony is delivering at the right time. Goldrush released a trading statement. AH-Vest is being taken private.

Ghost Bites (Assura – Primary Health Properties | Astoria | Gemfields | Powerfleet | Stor-Age | Vukile)

Vukile released strong numbers. Stor-Age's decreased payout ratio set a few hares running. Powerfleet needs profits, not just revenue growth. Look out for Assura - Primary Health, Astoria and Gemfields as well.

Ghost Bites (Gemfields | Merafe | MTN Zakhele Futhi | Novus | Primary Health Properties – Assura | Remgro – Mediclinic | Vunani)

Primary Health is making another desperate plea to Assura. MTN Zakhele Futhi is cashing in. Novus is up, but on shaky ground. Gemfields enjoyed decent support for the rights offer. Look out for Merafe, Mediclinic (Remgro) and Vunani as well.

Ghost Bites (Assura – Primary Health Properties | MultiChoice | Naspers – Prosus | Pan African Resources)

Pan African Resources and Naspers/Prosus have both been winners for me this year, with latest numbers showing why. MultiChoice is in much pain. Assura is going ahead with the KKR/Stonepeak offer, not the Primary Health Properties merger.
