Stefanutti Stocks still has work to do on the balance sheet. Nedbank has settled with Transnet. Mantengu has swung sharply into losses.

Cell C has announced its intention to list on the JSE, with Blu Label getting more restructuring steps out the way. Vodacom has settled the Please Call Me matter for an undisclosed sum. Gold Fields is taking advantage of high gold prices. African Rainbow Minerals' Beeshoek Iron Ore Mine is a casualty of ArcelorMittal.

Pepkor has closed the Legit et al transaction and is ready to find those synergies. ArcelorMittal is fighting with the unions. Kore Potash might attract a buyer. enX's continuing operations look tough. Alphamin released detailed financials. Africa Bitcoin Corporation bought a bitcoin.

On a big day for telecoms, both Vodacom and MTN Nigeria released excellent numbers. Collins Property, Impala Platinum, MC Mining and Nu-World also had important updates. Renergen shareholders can thank their lucky stars that ASP Isotopes came along to save them.

Safari Investments plans to go private with Heriot - but at a cheeky price. Prosus will get 100% of Just Eat Takeaway.com. Standard Bank's performance is consistent. Labat is a very different company now. On a busy day, we also saw updates from the likes of 4Sight, Insimbi, Jubilee Metals and Stefanutti Stocks.

Ghost Bites (Anglo American | Attacq | Ethos Capital | Hyprop | Libstar | Premier Group | RFG Holdings)

Libstar might be headed for the exit. Attacq released excellent results and Hyprop's dividend nearly managed double-digit growth. Premier's earnings are expected to be much higher. RFG Holdings is struggling with weak demand. Anglo American is pushing deeper into copper. Ethos Capital flagged strong growth.
