Brait has sold R1 billion worth of shares in Premier. Merafe's 2025 numbers were horrible, as is to be expected when smelters were gathering dust.

ASP Isotopes will shortly implement the Renergen deal. Nedbank has finished the sale of Ecobank. Anglo American got another regulatory approval for Teck. Schroder European Real Estate has a tenant problem, South32 has an energy problem and DRDGOLD has a mining unions problem! Jubilee Metals looks ahead to a much better FY26 (hopefully).

Quantum Foods had one of its best periods in a decade. Mantengu has a lot to do in the second half of the year. PBT Holdings unlocked strong margin gains. Crookes Brothers is a reminder of how tough agri is, while Mahube Infrastructure proves that renewables aren't easy either.

Cell C's IPO fell short on pricing. SPAR's difficult turnaround continues. Sea Harvest is selling Ladismith Cheese. Hammerson bought a UK property and Sirius Real Estate closed an acquisition in Germany.

The Ackermans are reducing their stake in Pick n Pay. Sirius looks ahead to the benefit of new acquisitions coming through.
