The Ackermans are reducing their stake in Pick n Pay. Sirius looks ahead to the benefit of new acquisitions coming through.

Safari Investments plans to go private with Heriot - but at a cheeky price. Prosus will get 100% of Just Eat Takeaway.com. Standard Bank's performance is consistent. Labat is a very different company now. On a busy day, we also saw updates from the likes of 4Sight, Insimbi, Jubilee Metals and Stefanutti Stocks.

Mondi had a truly awful day. Blu Label released financial targets for Cell C. Altron flagged solid growth in earnings and Sirius also released a financial update. Gemfields just cannot catch a break. Vunani is merging its fund management business with Sentio. Tharisa has won in court against SARS. Jubilee Metals gave an update on its portfolio and SA disposal.

Sasol's trading statement got the market excited, while Weaver's numbers got me excited! Primary Health got the Assura deal across the line. Sirius Real Estate has done a large deal in the UK. ADvTECH put out strong numbers, while Merafe is really struggling. Jubilee Metals sent out the circular for the PGM and chrome disposal.

Glencore needs a big second half. Sirius Real Estate has done more deals, as has Collins Property. Quilter's dividend has grown much faster than earnings. Jubilee Metals guides for a big 2026 in copper. Astoria's NAV took a significant knock from diamonds.
