Hyprop's bookbuild was a huge success and now Stor-Age is jumping on that bandwagon. Vodacom is taking control of Safaricom. Sappi is trying to improve its situation in European graphic paper. British American Tobacco is selling down ITC Hotels, while Brimstone is reducing its Oceana stake.

Stefanutti Stocks still has work to do on the balance sheet. Nedbank has settled with Transnet. Mantengu has swung sharply into losses.

Prosus - Naspers is growing strongly, with all eyes on the Just Eat Takeaway.com integration. PPC's turnaround strategy is working incredibly well. Invicta and Netcare both took advantage of share buybacks. Oceana was dragged down by fish oil prices. Harmony Gold is pushing further into copper. Stefanutti Stocks has settled with Eskom.

Cell C's offer is open to qualifying shareholders. Brait is enjoying a strong lift at Virgin Active. Premier - RFG have released their merger circular. Italtile is still struggling. Sanlam's numbers are going to become trickier to interpret.
