Kore Potash and Supermarket Income REIT announced important corporate deals.

Momentum goes from strength to strength. Southern Sun has great occupancy, but cost pressures are evident, Life Healthcare is complex, but growing. NEPI Rockcastle and Burstone are doing all kinds of exciting things, yet earnings growth is relatively tame. RFG Holdings was dragged down by the International segment.

Premier wants to acquire RFG in a share-for-share deal. Vukile raised far more than the planned R2 billion. PSG Financial Services banked excellent numbers. Sanlam's capital markets day reflects high growth targets. Updates came in from Cashbuild, DRDGOLD, Gemfields and Labat Africa as well.

It's all eyes on the second half at Valterra Platinum. Sea Harvest's numbers are even better than previously guided. Spear REIT announced another acquisition. Accelerate Property Fund received reasonable support for the rights offer.

Telkom and Premier released excellent numbers, while KAP got a well-deserved klap from the market. Kore Potash has finally got a funding proposal on the table, but it doesn't come cheap. Southern Palladium is raising money. FirstRand's HSBC deal is a step closer to completion.
