Momentum goes from strength to strength. Southern Sun has great occupancy, but cost pressures are evident, Life Healthcare is complex, but growing. NEPI Rockcastle and Burstone are doing all kinds of exciting things, yet earnings growth is relatively tame. RFG Holdings was dragged down by the International segment.

Coronation is enjoying double-digit growth, while Old Mutual is finding it hard to achieve a meaningful uplift in its business at the moment. Telkom is pushing the data story and with great success. Reinet is sitting on a pile of cash that is expected to get much bigger.

Beer volumes are still dropping at AB InBev. Dis-Chem is innovating from a position of strength. Datatec's earnings more than doubled. Great cost control is visible at Adcorp. Optasia's IPO was very successful. Fairvest is buying two malls. Greencoat needs more wind.

Labat is a very different company now. On a busy day, we also saw updates from the likes of 4Sight, Insimbi, Jubilee Metals and Stefanutti Stocks.

Ghost Bites (Adcock Ingram | MAS | Newpark | SA Corporate Real Estate | Sappi)

Sappi is digging for every cent they can. SA Corporate Real Estate is acquiring a large residential property portfolio. MAS has a significant change of direction. Adcock Ingram shareholders say yes to Natco Pharma. Newpark REIT was hurt by reversions.
