Adcock Ingram released the deal circular. Newpark REIT is selling Crown Mines. BHP has removed one legal overhang.

The take-private bid for Adcock Ingram is juicy to say the least. Mr Price had a tough June but a resilient quarter overall. MultiChoice got the green light for the Canal+ deal. AECI, Karooooo, Northam Platinum and Vodacom released financial updates. Santam is growing offshore, while Spear REIT sticks to the Western Cape.
