Capitec's excellent growth story continues. Pan African Resources made a fortune in 2025. Aspen's interims are predictably awful, but they are looking to the future. Nampak's business update is encouraging. City Lodge's growth was offset by currency moves. Trustco's Meya Mining raised debt for its diamond mining ambitions.

Lesaka Technologies off to a good start in FY26. Sappi is suffering great pain, but at least they acknowledge it - unlike Truworths. Purple Group is charging up the J-curve. Sibanye-Stillwater is loving life, while Motus is also adapting well. Vodacom Please Call Me looks to be around R540 million. We saw deal news at Transpaco and SA Corporate Real Estate as well.

FirstRand remains an excellent business. The market didn't enjoy the Discovery numbers. City Lodge is showing signs of life. Lesaka Technologies is growing solidly. Mantengu announced a new acquisition.

Capitec just doesn't stop growing, but Nedbank is acquiring iKhokha to try get a slice of the action. Truworths has suffered a earnings knock, with SA looking especially weak. KAP is doing worse than expected. Grindrod's core earnings are flat. Lighthouse's dividend is up.
