Sasol is suffering with weak oil prices. ArcelorMittal is just suffering with everything. Prosus released a shareholder letter. Lesaka Technologies reported its first positive net income. Boxer, Hudaco and KAL also gave important trading updates.

Mr Price is pushing ahead with the NKD deal. Valterra Platinum had a spectacular second half in 2025. Reinet's lack of share buybacks is a strong signal that they have big plans for their cash.

WeBuyCars is taking a big step with the acquisition of GoBid. DRDGOLD is crystallising renewable energy investments. Labat Africa's earnings have shot up. Anglo American has given a general update on major projects and the progress made in simplifying the group.

Metair's luck goes from bad to worse. Ethos Capital and HCI are busy with major deals, while Stefanutti Stocks has closed a disposal. SA Corporate Real Estate grew the distribution ahead of inflation. CMH repurchased over 7% of its shares. Valterra Platinum has an investment grade credit rating.

On a big day for telecoms, both Vodacom and MTN Nigeria released excellent numbers. Collins Property, Impala Platinum, MC Mining and Nu-World also had important updates. Renergen shareholders can thank their lucky stars that ASP Isotopes came along to save them.
