KAP got an unexpected boost from the Middle East conflict. Novus has much work to do. Crookes Brothers, Vunani and YeboYethu gave important earnings updates. Clientèle is a step closer to delisting. Mantengu wants to dispose of Blue Ridge Platinum.

Metair's luck goes from bad to worse. Ethos Capital and HCI are busy with major deals, while Stefanutti Stocks has closed a disposal. SA Corporate Real Estate grew the distribution ahead of inflation. CMH repurchased over 7% of its shares. Valterra Platinum has an investment grade credit rating.

Premier and RFG Holdings shareholders gave a resounding approval to the deal that will combine the groups. Fairvest is investing deeper in township fibre. Mantengu has commissioned the second chrome processing plant.

Hyprop's bookbuild was a huge success and now Stor-Age is jumping on that bandwagon. Vodacom is taking control of Safaricom. Sappi is trying to improve its situation in European graphic paper. British American Tobacco is selling down ITC Hotels, while Brimstone is reducing its Oceana stake.
